Until late in 2003 Cambridge Carers had no outlet
to represent the important role they play in the community.
Crossroads responded by launching a newsletter called Crosstalk,
which specifically focuses on the issues that affect Carers everyday.
Many are isolated due to their caring responsibilities
so the newsletter has helped reassure them they are not on their
own, and that we are here to support them.
Crossroads recognised the importance of providing
a regular newsletter that not only offers up to date information
on Carer's issues, but also provides unrelated items that are fun,
or just have a local interest.
Unfortunately, funding restrictions have meant we
have had to temporarily halt the production of the Crosstalk Newsletter.
