Personalised budgets for those people living with dementia.

We have been chosen to join the 2 year Dementia Choices Pilot managed by the Mental Health Foundation on behalf of the Department of Health.

The overall aim of Dementia Choices is:

To explore, support and promote different forms of self directed support, including direct payments, individual budgets and personal budgets for people living with dementia and their carers. For more information and to see progress on the pilot please click here

CQC 3 STAR EXCELLENT RATED SERVICE RENEWAL TO JANUARY 2012.
